1. The Service
CreditRoll is a movie and TV tracking platform provided by Binary Beams Ltd. We provide tools for watchlisting, partner-syncing, and AI-generated trivia.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Annual Fee: The service is billed at £8.99 per year.
Billing: Payments are handled through the Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the Google Play Store refund policy.
3. AI-Generated Content ("Did You Know")
Accuracy: Trivia facts are generated by Artificial Intelligence (Gemini 3). While we strive for quality, Binary Beams Ltd does not guarantee the 100% historical accuracy of every fact.
Nature of Content: Content is provided "as-is" for entertainment purposes only.
4. Shared Partner Functions
By linking your account with a partner, you agree to share your watchlist and viewing history with that specific user. Binary Beams Ltd is not responsible for any disputes or data sharing that occurs between synced users.
5. Limitation of Liability
Binary Beams Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
